Megan Cooley is a nonprofit development leader with over 23 years of experience driving strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational growth. Her work spans national initiatives to expand individual giving, develop scalable fundraising tools and support capital campaigns across the country.

She has led the creation of resources adopted by thousands of nonprofit organizations, coached teams to exceed revenue goals and aligned development strategies with long-term mission success. Megan’s expertise includes multi-channel fundraising, donor stewardship, strategic planning and board development.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin. Megan is also a Certified Executive/Non-Profit Coach and a Lead Trainer in strategic planning with The Grove Vision.
