In addition to his consulting work with Kinetic, Jaime is the Honorary Consul for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in El Salvador. He is the CEO and founder of La Factoria Ciudadana in El Salvador and Guatemala and the founder and CEO of Inversiones Caoba, a drug abuse prevention and structural consulting company.

Jaime is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network of the Aspen Institute and holds a title of Ambassador for Human Rights in El Salvador received from Youth for Human Rights International. He is an international speaker including a TED Talk on violence in Central America, and has lectured on various topics such as crime, drug and gangs, fundraising, private sector involvement and child abuse prevention.
