Leslie is a seasoned nonprofit and philanthropy professional with more than 20 years of experience advancing organizations across health, education, youth development and advocacy. She has a deep understanding of the philanthropic sector, having served as a grantmaker, grantwriter and development manager and brings a proven ability to align funding opportunities with an organization’s mission and strategic goals.

Her career includes leadership and fundraising roles at organizations such as MOCSA, the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business and the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, where she helped secure millions in funding and strengthened program and community partnerships.

Leslie’s combination of frontline program experience, philanthropy insight and technical proficiency gives her a unique advantage in identifying and analyzing corporate and foundation grant opportunities that best support her clients’ missions.

A Kansas native, Leslie holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
